Would it be possible to take two languages while at Columbia? Between fulfilling the Core requirements as well as the requirements for your major... how many electives does that allow you over the course of four years?

bump, i have the same question, except that I would also appreciated it if someone gave the maximum number of credits you can take a semester..

max number of credits is 22 in the college and 21 in SEAS....u can petition to take more but i would def not suggest it.

OP's question is way too vague....plz be more specific

Highly depends on your major and if you place out of anything. Some majors have like 5 classes, others have many more.

I'm not sure what you mean by taking two languages? You have to take 2 years of 1 language as part of the Core. You surely will have electives in which you can take a second language. Can you take 10 classes of that second language? I don't know.
