<p>i dont carry my laptop around much. it stays at the desk most of time, so i keep it plugged into an outlet most of the time. so... my question is, would it be better to remove the battery when it plugged to electricity?</p>

<p>As far as I am aware, it makes no difference whether your battery is attached or not while your computer is plugged in. However, it is beneficial to occassionally discharge the battery.</p>
<p>u should drain te battery once a week.. like make it go to zero and then charge it for 8 hrs without unplugging.</p>
