<p>Yes, there are some electronics robberies each year, most of them taken from students’ rooms. The easiest way to prevent that is to close your room door. If nobody can get in, then nobody can take your stuff. If you’re on campus, obviously don’t leave your electronics out of your sight. Otherwise, the campus police offer tags to place on your laptop.</p>
<p>You can also purchase a laptop lock that ties it to furniture.</p>
<p>Just be smart. You don’t need a laptop lock or anything, just don’t leave your room without the door being closed and don’t leave your laptop unattended in public places.</p>
