Laptop sleeve & Backpack VS Laptop Backpack

Well, i bring a [shoulder laptop bag](http://www.uxsight.com/product/35258/gray-carrying-case-handbag-shoulder-bag-for-laptop-notebook.html) for my pc which size is 10", it was not heavy and i always to carry it on my hand, it costs me $22.69, but now i would like to choose a big backpack.

I have an HP backpack with a velcro, padded, built in sleeve on the inside. I have a dell inspiron which also has a battery jutting out the back, but I’ve never seen a thinkpad to know if it’s more. My laptop fits with extra room, actually, and it’s very padded and I can’t even feel it in there (except the weight, of course, but the shoulder straps are extra padded to accommodate for it). I prefer it to a sleeve and regular backpack, personally, in part for that reason. The extra padding in the bag itself not only protects the laptop better but it also protects my back and shoulders from the weight.
