<p>I know engineering students need to get a certain laptop, tablet or w.e, but do the other students need to get a certain one too? Also I'm a business major and I want to do Comp. Sci. and Business, and CS is in the engineering department so should i get the engineering laptop or what?</p>
<p>Im not sure if you have been here yet, but this displays the requirements for each department, just click on the major, and a red warning should come up if you need to look at different specs.

<p>I personally dont think you need a tablet, its just a touchscreen for an extra $1000 or so, but i could be wrong. Hope this helps.</p>
<p>Tablets are terrible and if you don't need one don't get one.</p>
