<p>Basically it is for certain conditionally admitted, usually minority, students (generally those with low ACT or SAT scores) who are considered being weak in college prep areas for which special courses in reading, writing, math and computer use are provided without college credit and if the student completes the summer courses with at least C’s, they are permitted to go on to Freshman year.</p>
