Last Advice for Transfer Housing: Plazas or Halls?

That's all...

Plazas or Halls?

Definitely plazas. Halls are too loud, not private and overpriced for what you get. ;)

but i heard plazas only have AC and private bathroom... is that worth the extra 3k u pay?

there's a lot more to it. Investigate it. I frankly am getting an apartment with some friends nearby with my own room for around 500. I just think that for transfers.....privacy is conducive to study and study really leads to the enjoyment of your academic life at UCLA. Everything else is secondary. Personally, I've already done the dorm thing and the dining hall thing, so the real appeal for me is saving money! ;)

"study really leads to the enjoyment of your academic life"
now theres an idea!

Westow, now who's got the snotty attitude? I'd tell you to act your age, but from the looks of things, you are. Hope your roommate is a big, hairy ape of a football player who doesn't shower and eats a steady diet of Chili Cheese Fries and burps the alphabet, crushing cans on his head. ;)

"I'd tell you to act your age, but from the looks of things, you are."
lol

I agree, i hope not to get two football players as my roommates. But then, what are the chances of TWO (since i got a triple).

Last but not least, I'm glad u remember me calling u snotty from another thread.. sniff it makes me feel remembered.

haha im just kidding. I'm sure u are a better person than me BruinMichelle. Have fun at UCLA!
