true no EC seems to really stand out too much, but a lot of them are pretty respectable. plus upenn has pretty generous ED rates, i’d say more like low reach…?</p>
<p>You have to consider that there is a big chance that the person considered before him has a good shot at having very similar stats, and they could turn him down just for that.</p>

<p>You have a shot. It can be very hard when you’re from PA because there are many legacies, staff kids and others connected to the school and they don’t want a class full of kids from in state.</p>
