FSU - Safety
University of Rochester - Match
Carnegie Mellon - Reach
Wesleyan - ???(Sorry IDK)
NYU - Low Match
University of Michigan - Match/Low Reach
Rice U - Reach(But if they gave you waiver they must like something)

GPA is weak(don’t want to sound mean but 3.56 is low) but your ECs are very very strong. SAT is about mid par, maybe take ACT if you have the time, otherwise I wish you all the best. Why not apply to 2 or 3 more schools? All up to you but there are many you can get into other than those you listed.

chance back - http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1689972-chances-for-undergrad-bizz.html?new=1

@AnnieBeats‌
Why ignore me? I had the same match/reach as you except NYU. 3.56 GPA is low to schools like NYU… and theres nothing wrong with applying to two more colleges, especially ones that will award merit/financial aid.

You called UF a safety, you considered a fee waiver a message that shows that a school is interested, you’ve never heard of Wesleyan, and you practically called NYU a safety despite the fact that the COA at NYU is almost as much as the OP’s yearly income. These are indications that you do not know what you are talking about. Chance Me’s are already a joke and should be taken with a grain of salt, but what you said should be taken with a speck of flour.

@RaviOnIce‌ @Lacoste‌ Thanks for chancing! Chanced back.

@AnnieBeats Thanks for chancing me! I do take these chances without much weight to them, I just like to see people opinions. That being said, I do agree with your NYU and University of Michigan notes, I won’t even go if I got in. I will most likely take out Michigan, just because it is too expensive, a reach for me, and I can’t see myself there. Thanks for your input!

Just letting you guys know I got into Emory :slight_smile:

Emory (ED): You got in, should I even do the rest if it’s ed…
UF: High match
FSU: low match
