I just checked their website and they say that 15 October 2008 is the closing date for all UCAS applications, and interview takes place in December, and the decisions come around January. Does this mean the last date you can takes the SAT is in June? or can I still take it in October or November and send it in?

Thanks

Take it whenever you like (or not at all). UK students who are applying don't get their A-level results till August 2009. they get "conditional offers" from UK schools which state they will only be accepted if they achieve certain greades (and if they don't, a rejection will alomost certainly follow). If Oxford are at all interested in late SAT results (and they probably won't be)they will just treat you like a UK students and give you a conditional offer based on your predicted scores. You should put predicted scores on your UCAS form.

Oh okay thanks so much!

I have another question, even though it is not related to this. In UCAS application, there is a reference part where you have to type in the letter. Do I just ask a teacher for a reference and tell him/her to give it to me, then do I type in the exact same letter by myself?

My teacher did the reference for me, but I did A-levels at a British school so they knew what they were doing. It may be different in other schools.

I recommend you try a UK version of this board for more information about UCAS applications in general.
