Well, the FASET pamphlet I received by mail says course availability should be affected little if not at all over the different FASET sessions ... however I'm doubting this considering ~98% of freshmen attend FASET, and from friends who have already gone to the first orientations of their respective unis who've told me that even then courses at 'good' times had already been filled up.

I simply fail to see how course selection would not be affected by going to either one of the FASET sessions.
Could anyone please provide some info on this?
Thanks.

Yeah, I've also heard that the dates of your attendance to FASET Orientation do not affect the spots available for the classes but I'm not sure whether this is the truth or not.

They said that it's because they reserve a set number of "freshman classes" for each FASET session, so they're not all used by the last. However, I'm skeptical that non-"freshman" classes (the ones we will take because of AP exemptions in Math, Psychology, whatever) would be available in the same way.
