If anyone has any other school suggestions, please lemme know! Thanks so much and you just made my day!!!

FYI, Yale is EA, not ED. Unfortunately, I don't think too many people here are going to make your day. Prepare to be ripped apart.

You have a great list. With good grades and great SATs, you'll definitely get into at LEAST a few of the colleges you listed. Relax. If you're still freaking out, add Lafayette College, Boston University, and U of Rochester.

I am aware of US students with similar stats being admitted to the following schools. Your list looks good, but consider adding a real safety.
Tufts (top choice, may apply ED)
-- American
- George Washington
- Boston College
- U Virginia
- Bowdoin
- Middlebury

central perky, when i meant "make my day" i didnt mean "OMG! YOU'RE IN EVERYWHERE!" . no i totally understand what you're saying, and what i meant was a bunch of responses telling me honest opinions. and yes, sorry i knew yale was EA.

daffymom, yep excellent point, i actually already have several in-state safeties and yes boston u and several others are on my list. ill defenitly look into u rochester!

thanks so much and keep it going!

anyone else???

anyone else please?

Dittogal:

Four years ago I was also an international student, fluent in 4 languages applying to Tufts w/ an interest in IR. I think that if you want to study IR and Econ, Tufts is certainly the place for you and I believe that if you apply ED, you will get in. RD might be trickier because you're competing against the other 15,000 with similar stats as you. Your academic interests as well as your community service work make you Tufts material. If Tufts is your no. 1 choice school, don't even think about it. Apply early! Any questions, you can PM me or post on the Tufts forum. By the way, I'm a senior now majoring in IR and English.

Let me know if you end up applying early! Good luck!
