last minute - chances?

I recently got rejected by Northeastern (my third choice!). I'm waiting to hear from NYU (I have no expectations, but dream school) and Boston University (hoping and praying).

Stats:

GPA (approximately): 3.28 UW, 3.32? W
Class Rank: N/A
ACT: 29
SAT II's: I don't know exactly at the moment, but they were poor
Some EC's, but nothing special. I've held a consistent job and have some interesting hobbies. Some volunteer hours, but not much. White male, 17, Illinois.

I'm a bit worried about the class rank as well. My school doesn't rank, but the BU website says 95% of those attending are in the top 25% of their class. I'm not. I'm probably lower top 50%, if that... their average gpa is 3.6 (above mine) and average ACT is 29 (same as mine). So I realize the odds are against me, but do I have like a 5% shot? 40%?

I've resolved that I have a very, very slim chance at NYU with my current GPA. However, I'm hoping I still have a shot at BostonU. Thoughts? Do I have a genuine shot or should I be considering my other options (I've been accepted to Bradley and Drexel, but I'd much, much rather go to Boston Univ.)

Tell me like it is. :/

I'm sorry to say but your chances at any of those 2 schools are very slim. I hope you have some safety schools to back em up

I knew I should rule out NYU, but should I rule out BU as well?

Yes, i have some safety schools.

Thanks for the reply.
