Last minute help!!: AP Calc AB and AP Stats in same year, same term?

Does this seem like too much? I wanna have 4 AP classes my senior year, because we have a 4x4 schedule.

So this would be my schedule:
Fall:
AP calc AB
AP stats
Comparitive physiology
Avid tutor

Spring: AP Calculus BC
AP Biology
English critical reading and writing
Economics

Should I drop AP stats and add an easier class or does it seem okay to take ap calc AB and ap stats in the same term?

I’ll take AP Calc AB, IB Math HL and AP Stats at the same time. You can do it (: . Just plan what you are going to do everyday.

how is it possible to finish AP biology in one semester?
any way, answering your question I think AP calc and AP stat concurrently is manageable. AP stats is a joke compared to a lot of AP’s and the material from calc isn’t too hard(self-studied in around 3 months) ASSUMING you have a reasonable grasp in basic algebra, basic geometry, analytic geometry/functions, and trig

I don’t think it should be that hard. Next year I’m going to be taking AP Calculus AB, AP Statistics, AP Euro, and Honors Physics as a Sophomore.

Honestly, AP Calc AB isn’t too bad, although it does depend on the person. And apparently AP Stats is really easy, so you shouldn’t have a problem.
And I kind of feel sorry for you, since if you want to take the AP Stats test you actually have to remember the concepts for a whole semester after you finish the class. This sort of scheduling doesn’t really work for high school, but that’s another rant for another time. =P

Okay thanks for all the help guys! I just was concerned if I would accidentally apply statistics principles to calculus and end up getting confused and mixed up between the two, not so much the material.

I’m taking both right now. The classes are completely different with literally no overlap, so no need to worry about that. You’ll be fine.

At my school, people say AP Stats is the easiest AP offered, and my school is pretty terrible at math, lol. I’d say it’s manageable.
