Last minute scheduling help

As of right now, I'm in pratt but I'm 95% sure that I will be switching to trinity at the end of the year. I'm pre-med and I think I want to major in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy.

Right now, my schedule looks like this

<a href="http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/2039/scheduleim6.png%5B/url%5D">http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/2039/scheduleim6.png</a></p>

(My writing 20 is Writing in and about medicine)

There are a few concerns I have.

1) I took AP Calc AB my junior year of high school and I don't remember much of it. Should I just get a calculus review book from the library and refresh my memory. Would that be enough? Or should I just try to take Math 31L instead?

2) Should I replace Math 32 with Math 41L. According to Options for Calculus II, both are recommended for incoming freshmen. Math 41L might be good because it has more applications and the lab section could help boost poor exam grades (plus you get to use calculators on tests). But, it also takes up more time per week and the labs are probably pretty time consuming. Any ideas?

3) Should I forgo taking BAA 93D this semester and get started on my foreign language? (I'm leaning towards no, so that I can make sure I want to major in BAA lol)

4) Should I take the discussion section for BAA or should I just take the lecture? My Mondays seem pretty packed, so I don't know. I could also take the discussion section (which is now scheduled for Mondays 4:40-5:30) at 10:05-11:20AM on Tuesdays instead.

5) What is the overall difficulty of my schedule?

wow how did you get all your classes after 12? I wish I could do that.

Anyways your schedule looks a lot like mine. I’d say the difficulty is about average. It is not too hard, but certainly not easy. BAA93D is supposed to be an easy class, and depending on your teacher, writing 20 should not be too bad.

1) review if you want, I don’t know how much math you will need when you switch to Trinity but if you were going to stay Pratt I’d say you were daft if you wanted to start with 31. (no point taking more math than you have to)

2) I started with 103 but I haven’t really heard anything good about the math classes with lab. I’d just take the regular one. (but again this is just from like one person that I know, not even my experience so I could be completely wrong)

3)Don’t know too much about BAA but I think you would be ok either way here. And the only way I can think for you to decide if you want to major in BAA is to take some BAA classes.

4)You really don’t have any bad days. (you want to see bad days take a gander at some on my schedules) That said I vaguely remember hearing about this “optional” discussion section. What I can’t remember is if it is just an extra meeting time of if you get some credit for it. (thus making test worth a little less) I’d look into it if I were you and if you get credit then for sure take it.

5) Your schedule looks awesome to me. Everything after noon is particularly impressive. Have fun your first semester at Duke.
