What's the last SAT testing date schools will accept for RD round? I found that a lot of schools only accept up to december's - but there are lots of seniors that take the january test?

Specifically, I'd like to ask about the last testing dates for
U of Pennsylvania
U of Chicago
Cornell U
Northwestern U
UMich
USC
NYU

Thank you. (if you know any of them, that'd be great)

It’s best to check on the school’s website. Usually they’ll have an applications calender where they’ll state the last date they’ll take for SATs.

Some sites don’t mention it - like for Cornell’s, they have a PDF file which has the SAT requirements and calender, but it says refer to the previous page for last availabe testing dates. I don’t know how to get to the previous page. My website finding skills are lacking :(

I guess refering to their Common Data Set is more appropriate as it has a form where coll/unis mention the date by which sat scores need to be recieved. On the contrary i guess it would still be at your advantage if you score high on Jan sat and let your colleges know about it. They might consider it and not be totally oblivious about it.
Good luck
