Last year's SAT book...or a new one?

I have the prep book that the College Board was selling last fall, and I'm retaking the SAT this October. I haven't seen a new version available, but I wasn't planning on buying one. Have there been any significant changes, or will I be fine with last year's? I want to practice some more.

And if anyone knows a good supplementary guide, please do recommend one! :)

The SAT books don’t change much from year to year and the actual SAT doesn’t change at all. Some years they might make several small changes to it, but your prep book will usually be sufficient study material.

The books are virtually identical. If it’s published by, say PR, all they do is change the year around. (i.e. 2009 becomes 2010) The tests are exactly the same, hardly any (if any) of the errors are fixed, etc.

The Second Edition of the Official SAT book is identical to the one you bought in fall with the exception of the 11th test that is on the DVD that comes with the new book. Other than that everything else is identical.

I would personally recommend subscribing to the Official Online SAT course, if $70 is not too steep a price. There are 10 official tests and another 200 questions which are part of practice quizzes. Access to the course is also available for free in certain states, and I believe certain schools also have free access.
