late application...chance AT ALL?

3.85 UW GPA (like 5 AP's, 4 honors)
1950/2400 (1370 math/CR)
out of state (Washington)
average EC's....
no SAT II's (does this matter)
don't have any letters of recommendations (does it help alot?)

applying late, havent even started the application. i was planning on going to the university of washington so i didnt take SAT ii's or get letters of recommendations, but now im thinking i should at least apply to a few other schools....UM is highly ranked and has a good psychology dep so i figured i'd give it a shot. if i didnt get in id just go to university of washington, which is fine with me, but i just feel like i should at least try for a more prestigous school.

do i have any chance at all?

No chance at all.

(Michigan won't look at your app without a letter of recommendation.)

that sucks

what if i get one

Then maybe a little chance. Just hope for the best!

If you really want to apply somewhere else for Psychology consider looking at Clark University.

yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

did u really think you could apply without a neccessary reccomendation? your app would never be complete and would just sit in a file somewhere until they throw it out in the spring

you dont have to send a recommendation in with university of washington

it doesnt seem you are seriously considering UMICH as you should have looked at that kind of information earlier....not all schools are the same, so checking requirements is probably a good idea.

T4885214, if you are seriously considering Michigan, hurry and get a recommendation. Your stats are not great, but you certainly have a good chance given your unweighed GPA.
