Late Application/Materials?

<p>I'm applying to Massachusetts College of Art and Design, aka MassArt and UMass Dartmouth as a transfer student from Lesley University. I had everything in my package together but my application form, and one recommendation, and they don’t review anything until it's complete. I couldn't hand in my application until I got the fee waiver (which I finally was approved for last week) to be mailed with it, and the recommendation wasn't given to me until tonight; my mentor was on vacation. For UMass D I was fine becauae I only needed 2 recs (which I already had) and the deadline is the Feb. 15. MassArt required 3, and that one recommendation I mentioned earlier was the third. Today was MassArt's priority deadline. I want to go in tomorrow to hand in what's left but the school is closed due to a snow storm. What can I do? Are my chances of getting in completely ruined? I'm so frustrated and embarrassed...</p>
