I’m a freshman at a CCC planning to transfer as a sophomore.
I submitted my transcripts and the Common App on time, but the supplemental essays will be one day late. I know that USC still accepts late applications, but how badly does it TRULY affect my chances? Has anybody here been accepted as a sophomore transfer with a slightly late application?
To give a better idea of my my situation -
I have a 4.0 GPA, projected 4.0 after Winter classes, and by the end of Spring, I’ll have finished Marshall’s English/Math requirements and 6/8 of the GE categories. My personal statement was probably an 8/10. I’m 18, I moved here on my own from Georgia, and I work a job to pay rent, groceries, etc. Terrible high school grades and a decent SAT score, but I’ll have 34 units by the end of Spring.
I’ve done everything USC has suggested, but the supplement will be a day late.
Get off of here and get it turned in! It is what it is…
