Late Arts Supplements

Okay - most colleges say upfront that they don't want late arts supplements. I both compose and play the saxophone (and I do both quite well). I sent in compositions, but I only sent in a really small saxophone thing because that was all I had.

Because I'm prepping for music school auditions, I'll have some great solo material really ready to go (and ready to record) in about two weeks. Would it be worth sending this stuff in an envelope with a cover letter just explaining what it is? Or, would it be best to contact admissions and explain what's going on and see what they want me to do?

Thanks.

Bumpity Bumpage!

personally I would contact admissions, but it probably wouldn't hurt to just send it. if they don't want it they don't have to use it.

email admissions people. I wanted to send in art slides and I emailed the 3 schools who would get it postmarked late if they would still accept them late and they all said yes. It could be more stringent for music, I don't know, but email or call them.

Alright. Thanks.
