<p>How long does it take for the registrar to process after submitting the petition? Is anyone here acquainted with the process?</p>
<p>I need to change a P/NP grade from last Fall semester to letter grade for a transcript for an application due in early March... I want to know whether I have a chance at getting the application in on time. </p>

<p>I have never heard of anyone changing a P/NP grade to a grade. I mean, after the deadline of switching from letter grade or P/NP I think you’re stuck with having it P/NP.</p>

<p>Pretty sure that’s not possible, and if it is, it is definitely non standard. Otherwise everyone would P/NP classes until after finals then change to letter grade if their grade meets their expectations.</p>
<p>It’s quick enough if your reason is urgent/legit enough. Do you need the letter grade to graduate, for example? (assuming you’re graduating this spring). That’s the only case I’ve heard that was successful.</p>
