<p>Hi all, I've recently run into trouble concerning the counselor evaluation form. My counselor is out and will not be able to complete any forms before she gets back (after winter break). A different counselor offered to write me the forms, but he said he'd have to have information from me regarding my activities, etc. and he does not know me personally. Would it be better to send in the secondary school report late and wait for the evaluation from my old counselor? Thanks.</p>
<p>If you are choosing between sending before or after the deadline, you should put in a call to your schools to find out whether they will accept the school form in early January. Most colleges allow some leeway on the deadline for school forms, but you can’t be sure without asking.</p>
