<p>So I have submitted my application with deadlines on Jan. 1. However, I have not yet mailed my fee waiver. I cannot go to the post office since it is too far, so I will have to put it in the mailbox to be mailed in tomorrow. Will my application be considered since I mailed in my fee waiver after the deadline?</p>
