Late Fee Waiver?

<p>I didn't realize that most colleges were closed until early January, so I left a few applications to complete over winter break. The problem is, after I email/mail in my College Board fee waivers, it will be after the deadline for applications. Does it matter if our fee waivers get there in time for the deadline or are they lenient with application fees?</p>
