I currently in my 5th semester in community college, and my early grades on my transcripts are completely garbage( a lot of Withdraws, F's, D's) for reasons that are personal. I was going to college with the wrong attitude in hopes of scholarships in sports to carry me, however I found a passion in biology and medicine from volunteering in hospitals and interning for medical/dental programs. In my last two semesters I have turned my grades around getting straight A's and raising my GPA to 3.5(UW) in hopes of transferring to a good UC/CAL college for a pre-med program.

I'm highly considering transferring to UCLA, CAL state LA, UCR, UCSD, Cal state Fullerton.

My question is how are my chances of getting into medical school with horrible early transcripts grades but straight A's and B's on the latter transcript , a degree in biology, military backing, internships and volunteering? ,
