Late Registration but 21 years old on test day?

Hello, I have a bit of a serious situation here,

Due to severe flu I’ve been having for a week, I completely forgot about registering for the SAT in March. Today, I realized yesterday was the deadline and now I’m going crazy for not being able to do the late registration. I am currently 20 years old and my birthday is next week. That means on the test day, I will be 21 years old. I find out on SAT’s website that there’s a ridiculous rule for those who are 21 or older; waitlist is unavailable.

Is there any way for me to register? Should I call College Board and tell them about my situation?

Any help is appreciated.

No need to worry: you still have plenty of time to do the late registration until its deadline.
You “can request waitlist status if:
You missed the last registration deadline…”:
https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/register/special-circumstances/waitlist

But it says “Test-takers 21 or older are not waitlist eligible.”
There is also this:
https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/sat/register/special-circumstances/test-takers-over-age-21
“Waitlist status is not available for test takers 21 years old or older.”

Copied from CB website, you can still late-register.

There are a lot of posters on this site who would be best served by picking up the phone and calling the enterprise they have questions about. I don’t get the appeal to strangers over contacting the business, agency or school directly.

Thanks to anyone who replied.

I couldn’t call College Board that day because it was a Saturday. I was in a panicked state, not knowing where else to get help, and this was the second place that came to mind.

Anyway, after calling CB, turns out it was my fault that I couldn’t register. I moved to US from Canada this year and forgot to change my address on CB’s website. Since the March exam isn’t offered in Canada, it didn’t give me any option.

Thanks again to those who helped.
