Does anyone else have to take final exams after winter break? It is terrible. 4 real exams left this semester (Band doesn't count).

Quite disappointing. Maybe I’m the only one.

I have 7 finals left

Ah, so it’s not just here. I’ve finished one final exam already. What grade are you?

I have 7 left as well. I’m a senior. They don’t start for about a week.

I’m a senior as well. It sucks that they don’t start after a week of classes. I wish it were like college, no more classes or homework and just time to study.

I took them already. I did enough to maintain 4.0 uw

Yes I have finals in 2 weeks I’m freaking out for Spanish and AP World History

YEp, one week back to school and then exams. I only have 4 though, and only one is an official exam, thank god for block scheduling.

Two weeks of school and then finals week.

My midterms are January 21-24, then I have the SAT January 25th. Not going to be a fun week.

Finals next week!
I have an 87.51 in AP Calculus BC (87.5 is an A)
And an 87.61 in AP Bio (87.7 is an A)
So stressed out!
And NONE of my teachers this year (I’m a junior btw) have had review days!!! It’s just been essays, projects, tests this whole week. :(((

I’m in the same boat you guys are! In fact, I’m up studying for my AP Physics final right now. It’s almost 3 AM here and I’m considering just not going to sleep, since I have to be up in a couple hours anyway.

For those who are also wrapping up finals this week, take solace in the fact that we have a nice long weekend ahead of us And for those who are still preparing, best of luck!!

My first midterms are Tuesday: Biology and History.

History is 100 questions all multiple choice, which is a huge relief, since I thought for sure we’d need to write at least one essay. My teacher actually read off some of the questions and answers during class today, and I was able to get almost all of them right, so I don’t really think I need to worry about this exam. I’ll still study, though.

IB Biology, on the other hand, is far more uncertain. My teacher is expecting us to self-study five sections (Chemistry of Life: 3.3-3.8), in addition to studying the two other units that we’ve covered. There are always problems with the tests that she gives us, and are at least a few questions on things we’ve never seen before, so it’s going to be almost impossible to get an A without a very generous curve.

All my grades are borderline (less than 2% different into changing letter grades) except for one class. I don’t even know what final I should prioritize.

No, I took mine before winter break. I’m DONNNEE!

Good luck to everyone who still has finals left! I’m finally done!
I did bad on all of mine (chalking it up to a bad week because I got my lowest scores ever in all my classes! uhg) but luckily no overall grades changed.

Yup, 7 because I’m taking 6 DE/AP classes, 1 full years honors course, and 1 half year course (which I don’t need to take a final for because it’s a half year elective).

Most of my friends have 3 or 4 (out of a potential 8).

The joys of being an overachieving senior.

My final exams start on Tuesday. :(

^Same haha

I have a 79.2 in AP Chem and 80.0 is the cutoff for an A-
And a 88.1 in Honors Precalc when the cutoff is a 89.5
Both of my finals are worth like 15-20% of the final grade though
These are going to be a long three days T_T
