Late Test Scores

<p>I apply for fee waiver for the SAT, but at the time I took the test (about a year and a half ago), I didn't use one. I meant to talk to my counselor today, but forgot. Should I pay for the tests to be sent to meet the deadline (today-same as app deadline)? Or can I send them tomorrow with fee waiver?</p>
