I requested my transcripts yesterday (I don’t know why… I just forgot to send it early for some reason) and I’m so scared if they will be sent after the deadline (our school is closed bc of winter break, but I don’t know if it’s closed for all staffs and students or not). Do colleges reject your application if your transcripts send out late?

No, most colleges only require your application by the deadline, and are far more flexible about supplementary materials (transcripts, recommendations, test scores, etc.). That being said, you should have requested these FAR sooner.
Also, just email the admissions for the colleges and let them know as a heads up that the materials will be coming late, but application will be before the deadline (I emailed a bunch of my colleges and for the most part a bunch of them were fine with it as long as the application was done before the deadline).
