<p>Hey! I am in Jersey, and i hate my county college. I wanna go to Rutgers, but i need desperately to improve my SAT's i would take it in January 22, and the deadline for transfer admissions is Feb. 1, so i would get my SAT's a bit later than that. So, i know RU had rolling admissions. Can i Apply a bit after feb. 1 and still be good to get in?</p>
