For Maryland, Penn State, Delaware, and U Conn, you have a good chance. The best you could do currently is improve your GPA and retake the SAT if possible. Your focus on basketball is good, and you should try for an athletic scholarship. Wash U and Emory would be reaches, and 3-7 would be high targets. Good luck!
