Hi~!
I have a question about doing laundry in the dorms at ucla.
I haven't been able to find too much information on the laundry facilities...I know we can use money on our bruincards to pay for laundry, but that's pretty much all I know >.<
Soo here are my questions:
1. How much does it cost (per load) to use the laundry machines and dryers?
2. How many machines are there per facility?
3. Where are the facilities located in Sunset Village (courtside)?
Thank you~!! :)

$1.25 for each machine.

Depends on the facility.

Not sure, I didn’t live there.

Oh, and also, some machines (mostly the ones in plazas) take the BruinCard, others (the ones in the halls) take quarters.

Actually the machines in Birch didn’t take BruinCard, i don’t know about the rest of deneve

Check this,
[Sunset Village (1000525)](http://map.ais.ucla.edu/go/1000525)
Each building has a centralized laundry room

$1.25 per load per machine.
It is better that you can deposit some money to both Easy Pay and Food options before coming to UCLA. Easy Pay can be used for laundary/UCLA store and other merchants. Food option allows you to use vendor machine.

I would just put money in Easy Pay. Easy Pay money can be used for everything Food Only money can be used for and more. And there are about 8 washers and 10 dryers (from Canyon Point), which should have a similar setup.

You can use Esay Pay in bruin cafe, vendor machines and so on?

Yes, it works on vending machines and restaurants at Ackerman (Jamba Juice, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, etc.). I am pretty sure it would work at Bruin Cafe too, but you shouldn’t need to use it since you can use your swipes. It isn’t worth the price of many of the items in Bruin Cafe in my opinion if you paid with cash.

Whoa… silvercross, you rock.

thank you~!! :)

Forget washing. I’m worried about ironing. I can’t spend countless hours ironing my clothes but i can’t look no neat either, so what to do?
