Law School Admissions and Undergrad Transfer

This may seem like a silly question, but I'm concerned about law school admissions being affected by my undergrad experience. Currently, I'm a freshman at the University of North Dakota. I'm thinking about transferring to a smaller private school in my hometown (a college of about 2000 people) or Minot State University, also in North Dakota. UND doesn't necessarily have a lot of prestige to its name and these schools have even less. I'm looking to get into one of the top 20 law schools. I know that my GPA and my LSAT are the most important things, but I'm concerned that I'll transfer home or to MSU, hate it there, and end up transferring back to UND (which I'm not sure that I'll like but I'm more than willing to give a shot). Will all these transfers on my transcript affect how law schools look at me? I'm planning on an English/Poli Sci double major. What should I do?
