Law School chances - CC Transfer to UCSD

So I just started fall quarter at UCSD after spending three years at CC. I was accepted as an Econ major and planned on pursuing an Accounting minor with the intention of going into business however I’m starting to have doubts about my career path. I’ve been instead considering changing my major to Philosophy and minoring in Law and Society here and applying to law school. I’m unsure about this because my CC transcript is not the strongest and I don’t know how top/mid tier law schools will view me as a CC transfer… Here’s what my transcript at CC looks like:

-3.3 GPA (however managed to maintain a 3.5 for the majority of my semesters at CC)
-Two retakes - Stats: A the second time D the first time, Algebra 2 (I’m not the strongest math person…) P the second time, D the first time
-Two C’s: One in Econ, one in Accounting
-And three W’s, same class - Precalculus (One of the reasons that I’ve decided to switch career paths…)

If I maintain a relatively high GPA here at UCSD and ace the LSAT will my chances of getting into a top/mid tier law school increase considering I’m taking all my core classes here? Would they even look at my CC transcript? Does it factor in at all in the admissions process?

I really want to change my major for the sake of my GPA as I’m already having trouble in my Econ and Precalculus class here at UCSD. If I switch my major to Philosophy would my past CC classes factor in as much considering they won’t be relevant to my major anymore?
