Law School Question/s???

I just now read about the (not sure exactly what its called) the Aba rule. Were as long as the student has 60 credits they can apply to law school. Here are my questions:

1 Is this frowned upon? For instance a G.E.D has a curtain stereotype... I wouldn't want to do it if the perception is " Ohh she never got a Ba. Bahumbag"

2 It can't be as simple as 60 credits worth of college classes. What else do you have to do?

3 What colleges except these kind of students?

4 Is this just a U.S thing or Canada, Europe....?

Any other info you have on this particular subject would be wildly appreciated.
