Law school

I have recently completed my associate degree in Paralegal Studies with a GPA of 3.8. Since I am not sure I will be accepted to law school I chose studying Marketing Management (Marketing Research) for my Bachelor degree because it is a something I know I will enjoy doing. Does this major will prepare me well enough for law school? I have not chosen a minor yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Regarding the LSAT when are we eligible to take the exam? Am I eligible to take the exam now? Which books or materials would you recommend me to study to be well prepared for the LSAT?

Thanks for your help.

You can take the LSAT whenever you want. Your score is good for 5 years.

For study guides, I think the best way to learn is to take full tests, so get a book from Princeton Review or Kaplans with full tests.

I don’t think you have to worry as much about preparing for law school with your undergrad degree as you have to worry about preparing for the LSAT and ensuring a high GPA. Marketing management doesn’t seem like it would offer you much in the way of LSAT prep (English majors obviously will perform better on the Reading Comp, and Philosophy majors on the LR) but if you can learn / study on your own, there’s no reason to change.
