<p>This seems trite and frivolous to me. Like this kid wasn't socialized properly and wanted to take it out on the school for not stopping the behavior of other students.</p>

<p>I’d be concerned if I was attending UCSB. This guy will most likely fail miserably in court but will still have a grudge against UCSB students and staff. Too many campus shootings enough as it is.</p>
