I think u guys will get in no problem
honestly looking at past year’s threads, I’ve seen maybe 1 rejection from the handful that applied (from CC at least

Wow this is competitive…
Lets see 195 PSAT score
Taking sat march for the first time so I can’t send that in.
4.45 w/4.0 uw
150+ volunteer hours at a hospital
Red cross club president and founder since soph year
In math and science program at school that is highly intensive since fresh year
In leadership at school.
Starting a charity for obese children. Just starting to raise money.

Amazing recs and a really good essay on drinking when I felt like a leader cause I wanted them to see who I was as a person.

The sat is weak but I hadn’t studied and I didn’t know it was so competitive ! But super strong grades and ecs

Does anyone know if the financial aid is need-blind? My mom is a single mother and I’m a first gen

my perception of this program was as long as ur a good student ull get in =(
guess Im wrong? but looking at last year’s thread everybody got in
hopefully that’s what ll happen this year!

"Does anyone know if the financial aid is need-blind? "
hmm…you might want to send them an email and ask

so…I just looked at my application again and I wanted to kill myself because apparently it said list the activities and DESCRIBE them
oh me…of course I just listed them
so I described them again even though it’s 5 days after the due date
hopefully they don’t start reviewing the application until after March 8th (fingers crossed

btw GPA: 4.0/4.0 PSAT: 212
scores are mediocre…I really hope I get in, already got rejected from TASP =(
this is my only program left that Im applying to

Hopefully we’ll all get in. I applied to the one in San Fransisco. Anyone else?

i applied to both but my first preference is the PA campus since it’s the actual one

Ya same. I hope I get in

I only wanted to be considered for the PA camp. I was in California last summer, so I wanted to be on the East Coast for this year.

wow you all have good tests and grades. you guys shouldn’t be nervous. especially the guy who was nervous with like a 2400

did u guys get an email saying they have received all supplementary materials? because i havent…

I haven’t received any email, either. I doubt that they have everything, in my case.

I got super lucky since the admissions officer for LBW extended my deadline until this Friday for my letters to be received.

got email today =D
oh gosh I really hope I get in…
anyways, I applied to both (FOR THE SAKE OF GETTING IN) and put Philly as 1st choice cuz Ive been to SF already and would really like to see the east coast!

got email yesterday
same i put philly as 1st choice and SFO as 2nd
gd luck everyone :)

got the email. good luck everyone

Should I be worried that I have not received said email?

@WhiteWishes

thx! Got ya!

15 more days!

ahhh i am so nervous about it it’s like applying to the real college

does anyone have any idea how many people are apply this year? more or less? The thread about LBW in previous years were really popular

Has the program released that sort of information in years past?

ahhhh… so close. I feel like I had the wrong prompt for the essay… i’m so scared… what was the essay prompt again?

Describe an act of leadership you had. Something like that.
