LBW vs LEAD?

Whats the difference between LBW and LEAD? Which Program is better? I took a quick glance and it seems you have to pay like 4.5k for LBW. Is this bad? Someone told me you should go to those "full scholarship" summer programs. What about LEAD?</p>
