<p>There are posts that I've read about Le Rosey but it hasn't really been much helpful. I do understand it is not a school filled with only pretentious snobs who call the staff "slaves." I'd just like to know if it would be harder to fit in if you don't own a private jet, yacht, spend money like crazy or always wear designer goods.
If you've have personal experience, has Le Rosey been good for you? How was it?</p>

<p>Are you a scholarship applicant? If so, good luck. I don’t have any personal experience with Le Rosey, but from what I know they don’t disclose whether or not you’re a paying student. </p>
<p>Also, I think its the same with any new situation, if you respect yourself and are down-to-earth, you won’t get bullied or sucked into bad situations. However, as I have never attended Le Rosey I can’t comment on them in particular. </p>
<p>My advice probably isn’t helpful, but worst case, just say your parents stick to the pocket money limit/insurance limit (surely they limit the value of items you have in your room?) or blame things on your culture or even be honest. If people can’t respect you when you’re poorer than them, don’t be their friends. After all, you learn more about a man’s character from the way he treats the waiter. Or something.</p>

<p>Edit 2: I’ve worded this whole post wrong. What I’m trying to say is, although I don’t know the school personally, if you’re true to yourself I think you’ll be fine.</p>
