Le Rosey or Beau Soleil?

Hello.......Which school do you guys think is better to board at? Le Rosey or Beau Soleil?

From what I've seen Beau Soleil has a small campus but moderner than Rosey. That goes on lots of expeditions trips (I'm sure Le Rosey does too)

Le Rosey's campus is bigger plus the ski resort but older. I've heard mixed comments on the education of Le Rosey. I think that a lot of powerful people are at both colleges but Le Rosey seems to have lots more noticed alumni's although Beau Soleil does have some past royals

Putting Money aside which on would you choose?

Please don't start talking about other schools......

Both are very good schools. Rosey is in the process of building a very modern arts center on campus. I personally think it’s too modern compared to the rest of the campus but thats just my opinion. Both are academically challenging and offer French bac and IB. You can PM me if you have further questions.

Yes I think it’s very modern too haha…Do you know how many trips Le Rosey student go on a and where do they go?

There are many trips offered during school breaks. They have their own ship that sails with the headmaster to various ports.(one has to earn a spot on the ship with high honor grades) They also arrange for college tours. Next spring my daughter will do community service in Africa with her class. Last year her group went to Cuba on an educational tour.
I’m not sure if Rosey offers a study abroad program.
The 3 schools to compare are Aiglon, Rosey and Beau Soleil.

Sounds like my kind of school. I love those trips on ships. Now I just need to find a Foundation to pay my tuition.

What kind of foundations pay tuition? Because, i was looking into Le Rosey, but I heard the financial aid was near non existent. And while we are definately not poor, we couldnt afford full tuition.

@muf123 yea I read That Le Rosey go on trips from mid October or something like that… And you have a bunch of trips to choose from…

@invent have you seen the video on YouTube of Beau Soleil’s Century Cruise? Looks amazing!!! and also the video of them climbing up mt. Kil…in Africa. Wow. I haven’t seen any of Le rosey’s trips.

And yea don’t think they offer fa, only a scholarship which is rare and also not that much. Might as well pay the whole tuition.

Beau Soleil does not offer Scolarships or FA

The average IB score for Le Rosey is 34 out of 45. I don’t think it’s that great to be honest. I would expect at less 38/39 for how much your paying for the school. I’m sure Le Rosey isn’t happen with this effort. although they do have 6 student that passed over 40 and one student passes with 44!!!

I’ve got similar problem, I’m trying to chose between Le Rosey n Beausoleil, n in fact i’m more confused than i was in the beginning… Which school you recommend? (Or mabey some diffrent schools ) … I really appreciate yours’ answers

@katy0001 I would choose Le Rosey…I think you’ll have a greater experience there. But I’m sure Beau Soleil is a good school as well.
