Do you guys have back up programs? I applied for another program, too, that I am waiting for results for. I want to make sure that if I don’t get accepted to that, I can find something worthwhile and meaningful to do. What did you guys have in mind?

It’s my dream to get into UPenn, so I really hope that I can find a program that I can get a lot out of to put on my college application. Is anyone in the same situation?

@TooSchool4Cool UPenn’s my dream school as well. I didn’t apply to any other programs because I just didn’t find any that I thought would be a huge impact on my app and I have summer plans already. I think I’ll spend some time trying to find a quality internship (probably with a city official or something) and get an actual job.

@lydiamanglin Thanks for the moral support! I hope you are right. [-O<
Just out of curiosity, do you know of any great summer opportunities that can still be applied to?

Congrats on those who got into the LEAD Program.

To think that last year I was in your position! I went to LEAD Wharton with Lydia (It’s Arty).
Next year I will be attending the Wharton School at Penn!

You’ll meet amazing people and have brand new experiences.

Don’t be afraid to live a little when you are there :)

@upennapplicant96 Do you know how easy it is to go from the waiting list to accepted? I heard that it isn’t easy … but I just want to hear your perspective.

Congratulations on those who were accepted (where are all of you? I don’t see many posts so far). Has anyone else not heard whether they got in? I’ve called them but am still waiting to hear.

Lets go I got accepted!!! Pretty happy and have learned a lot from this application experience.

For those of you on the waitlist, my cousin applied to this program and got waitlisted. However she ended up getting off the waitlist later on. Have hope

@mubaracus I don’t know about that. However, the page on Penn is substantial and intriguing. I guess i’ll be seeing you there in a couple months.
