I'm a nervous applicant and my parents through some programs on my desk, this program seems the most interesting to me. So could you CCer's help me out.
Is this program hard to get into?
I'm a 94 g.p.a. (not sure if its weighted) and 200 psat.
What's the acceptance rate?
I have great letters of rec so do the essays really matter (mine are around 300 words)?

The program is selective, but I’m not too sure what the acceptance rate is(I’ve heard it is around 30%). With your stats, you seem like a good applicant for the program. The essays do matter because the programs gets lots of applicants with high scores so many times the essay will differentiate one person from another.
