leadership eCs?

I was wondering what kind of leadership extracurriculars that are kind of outside of school (I mean anything but class president and club president). By the way, I am looking to enrich my portfolio by the time I'm going to apply to UCLA, which is very soon since I'm entering my junior year.

Current activities:

Bottles for the Bay (we recycle bottles to heal bays)
tutor people in the school library
School food drive(raised 30K in couple weeks this year)
key club(will be for 4 years)
CSF(3)
national honors society(2)
Speech and Debate (3 and maybe win some tournaments)
volunteer at a place for physically and mentally challenged kids

Piano (will be for 11 years): :
Awards: CM piano conventions and branch honor recitals

I guess my activites are fine, but I'm not a president or VP of a club or anything like that. So it would help if anybody can recommend a good leadership EC. thanks.

"Good" leadership ECs are things that one does by taking leadership in activities that interest you. This could mean, for example, starting new projects or expanding projects in organizations that you're already involved in.

Doing things like this also is a way of earning formal leadership positions.

If you were the main coordinator of that school food drive that you mentioned, that would be a major leadership position. You just would need to make sure that you describe it on your application so that the colleges know what you did. For instance:"Created and organized a food drive at my school that raised $30,000."
