I've run into a problem this year, and I was hoping someone might be able to give light to the situation.

This year, my senior year, I was kicked out of the house, so I moved in with my Mom in another city. This, of course, meant changing schools senior year. So far, none of the changes are too awful; I have the same AP classes that I would have had, at least.

My problem is with clubs. It seems inconsequential, but at my previous school, only juniors/seniors could get leadership positions in clubs. I had one leadership position last year, and I was elected to be president of three clubs, secretary for one, and treasurer for another this year, which would have probably looked great on my application. (I have dedicated 2 to 3 years to each of these clubs, have given hours and hours of work, except I've heard that leadership positions tend to mean most for adcoms.)

At my new school, there are about 5 clubs open to high schoolers. Most of them run at the same time, so I can't be at several places at once. I've managed to join 3 clubs and not have them overlap too much. However, elections all took place last year, so it's impossible to have any sort of leadership position. I would start some clubs that I had been involved with and continue them here, but seniors can't start clubs since the school thinks we only do so to look good on applications.

So, my question: does it look too bad that I have next to no leadership titles on my application? I applied to the University of Arizona, and was already accepted, but I'm worried about my chances getting the Flinn scholarship now since I'm up against people who, because of their situations, can say they've been president of X, Y, and Z for four years or whatnot.
