Learn Quant-Analysis Skills (for Jr/Sr)

<p>I am a consultant who lives in DC, but I spend every June in Bloomington and I usually volunteer to take on and mentor/tutor 2-3 students who are interested in any of following areas which are my expertise:</p>

<p>-How to use statistics in the real-world
-Data analysis/data mining skills
-How to make decisions using data </p>

<p>Any of these things can be a significant benefit both to your resume (e.g. you can show how you've pursued advanced training outside of class) as well as in your future interviews (e.g. you'll have an additional story to tell regarding your independent studies and mentoring, etc.)</p>

<p>I've found that volunteering in this capacity is very rewarding and I don't believe in taking money from students. I hear T.I.S is doing enough of that!</p>
