Any current students or parents have any knowledge/comments about any of the learning communities/dorms they can share?
My son is a current sophomore at UCONN studying Mech eng. He has lived in the Engineering LC, located in Northwest, for his time there. I think it has been good for him to be surrounded by other engineers, easy to study with other people, good for him to have people in his classes that are also in his dorm.
That’s good to hear. I have a daughter entering next fall and her major falls under fine arts…not sure which lc she would want though…
Have you (through your son) heard about any of the other lc’s that would be good to look into (clearly engineering is not an option for her haha- a very different type of creativity)
