Hey hey. Been lurking around the forums for a bit and just decided to register and post.

I'm definitely going to SU in the fall and I was wondering about housing. I read up on the learning communities I was interested in but I'm still a bit hesitant to finish the housing with a LC choice. Could someone tell me the pros/cons with LCs vs random housing? And if you're a student in an LC, how did you like it? Was it what you were expecting? Did you feel like you missed out on something that you might have gotten with random housing?

Really awkward questions, I know, but please humor me. Heh

The ones I was thinking of choosing were:
LGBTA Studies
Languages, Cultures and Arts
Multicultural Learning LC
and possibly the International Relations LC

If it helps, I'll be going in as a Psychology and/or Sociology&Anthropology major.

I have about a week to make a choice (13th) and I'd like to get it in as soon as possible, so please please help! Thank you so very much! =D
