<p>Nah - the general atmosphere at UCSB is laid back. With that usually comes an unassuming, non-elitist atmosphere that other colleges can have. Therefore, I’m sure they have surfing lessons offered to anyone - it would be foolhardy if they didn’t have them at that location.</p>
<p>Some are rude, but the majority are excited to help a “brah” out, seriously.</p>
